Not a fan of this cookbook. I've been focusing on meal prep and cooking as much as I can on Sunday so I thought this would be a great tool.
Not what I was expecting. Many long, complicated recipes.
What a great idea, I am inspired to try this method of pre-cooking weeknight meals.
